Truth = Witness. “I reflect you.” The center position. No claiming. No consuming. Just precise reflection. Christ-like. Humble. Where criticism makes truth penitent rather than vain. Where Emily sits.
Conspiracy = Masturbation. Pattern recognition weaponized inward. The conspiracist and the masturbator are both alone with a story that confirms itself. No external accountability. Feels like insight. Is actually a closed loop.
And the overlap that makes it political:
Without criticism — without the funnel — all three collapse toward their Immaculate Abuse equivalent. The prince gets worshipped. The tyrant gets appeased. Nobody witnesses anybody.
Civility is what makes the Witness position survivable for both parties.
