Cycle of Taxes

For context, what some of the show on Netflix called "UNLOCKED: A Jail Experiment." It's a social experiment in a prison.  It's a reality TV style show, where the prize is more freedom.  Instead of prisoners being locked up for 23 hours a day, the warden tries having the prisoners rome free 24/7 in the pen so long as they obey the rules.  I watched up to 21:12 in the first episode.  Then I wrote this:
TRANSCRIPT
‘Cycle of Taxes’ by John Ralph Tuccitto

Violence communicates without peace.  Peace communicates without violence.  Prison is the university of hard knocks.  Schools can only do so much to keep kids out of jail.  By schools passing the buck, our taxes create supply for the penal system.  Jailers should journal.  That would pacify the isolation.  While kids and teens are being passed on up the ladder, based on their lack of engagement in studies, it creates a comradery of cons.  The con of society is some people are supposed to die in battle.  They want to kill each other.  Cons represent an illegal form of communication, which I think is a consequence of teacher’s discretion.  If the mental health industry worked, it would shrink in relevance.  People that want to work in the mental health industry must compete with crime BEFORE it occurs.  Teachers are wardens to parents; peace communicates without violence.  School is the hard knocks of education, who’s main responsibility is to categorize and channel “problems” towards expertise in keeping their damn job.  Teachers are the comradery of cons because parents can’t manage without help.

Got to be honest with yourself.  Can’t change focus when you focus on what you can’t change.  Focusing on what you can’t change is a licence for aggravation.  But they keep passing you up the ladder because the school board wants to pay for their pensions.  Now’s the time to focus on forgiveness.  Maybe you don’t deserve it.  Maybe you deserve aggravation because you saw the outcome when you COULD change, but you alone didn’t act.  That’s the aggression inmates-I mean students communicate in-between the spectrum.  The comradery of cons gets summers off, so their experience gives them freedom from THEIR students, in the same way teachers gives parents their freedom from THEIR children.  Students are the hot potato looking for FOCUS.  Change threatens familiarity.  Why change the inevitable?  Teachers don’t get paid more for caring, however conscience reconciles.  Violence communicates with(out) the peace of familiarity.  Focus on the familiar...what’s familiar is the eye in the storm.

Life ain’t fair, so what is familiar is the focus on what you can’t change with crime.  Crime is a contractor of illegal services.  Supply the crime, to secure taxes.  Taxes penalize parents who pass the buck to their child’s teacher who passes the buck to pay for pensions, a summer free from the mental health expertise of diversity.  What’s familiar is fixing something that is not broke...but it keeps you employed.  Comradery of cons is a cycle of taxes.  Peace.

Alright, think of school as a place where kids go to learn not just about math and science, but also how to be part of the world. The person who wrote this is worried that sometimes schools don't help every kid find their way. They think that when kids don't get the help they need, they might end up in trouble, even end up in jail, which is a place people go when they break the law.
This person is saying that school should be a place that keeps kids from getting into trouble, but sometimes it feels like they're not doing enough. They also think that people who work in jails could write about what they see and feel to make being alone in jail a bit less lonely.
They talk about how when kids aren't happy or interested in school, they might start acting out, and that can lead to making friends with the wrong crowd. They say that some people think it's normal for some people to fight and even die in these fights, but the writer doesn't like that.
They also talk about how there are people whose job it is to help with our feelings and problems, but if they did their job really well, maybe we wouldn't need as many of them. That’s kind of like saying if everyone kept their room clean, we wouldn't need as many people to help clean up.
The writer is trying to tell us that we should focus on things we can make better and not get too upset about the things we can't change. They're also a little bit upset about how adults handle things, like teachers being busy with their own problems and not always being able to help kids the way they need.
In the end, they're saying life can be unfair and sometimes grown-ups focus on the wrong things, which can make problems worse. They're hoping for peace and for things to get better, but they're also saying it's hard when everyone is just used to the way things are.
