Took a couple of weeks but I finally broke the 210 barrier. I have to start eating more protein, and I'm introducing a cheat day. Thursday mornings I'm grabbing a Tim Horton's sausage breakfast sandwich as my cheat meal. I've been using castor oil on Thursday night to clear my innards before the weigh in. Not a fan of it, but necessary to get an accurate reading. Cheers. On the way to 200lbs!

I got thrown off a bit with lack of sleep. I ended up eating more than I wanted to. I swallowed a tablespoon of castor oil. Lets just say I lost 1.6lbs in an evening. I finally took a big dump and lo and behold...210.0lbs registered.
I weighed myself on Thursday and I was 210.8lbs so I'm just a good poop away from dropping more weight. I haven't had a good poop in a while, but progress is progress. So my mom handed my two pounds of fried rice when I picked up my kids. That night I slept-ate all of the rice. I went from 214.8lbs to 216.8lbs. I spend the next few days fasting hard. I lost two pounds so I'm almost back to the weight I landed on last week. This pisses me off. Now I'm aiming for 212lbs by this coming Friday. I weighed myself on the Friday, but I couldn't post this until Monday. I replaced my old scale with a digital scale so for this week I'm not sure how much I weighed last week compared to today. Moving forward the measurements will be more accurate and easy to read. I twisted my ankle this week so I only got one walk in. Plus there was a BBQ I went to so I broke my fast; it took a couple days to get back on track. Disappointed. I know I did better this week with food and walking. My body is fighting my mind. My mind is stronger than my body. I'm not quitting. Drinking lots of water, but I haven't pooped in days. |
