I twisted my ankle this week so I only got one walk in. Plus there was a BBQ I went to so I broke my fast; it took a couple days to get back on track.

Disappointed. I know I did better this week with food and walking. My body is fighting my mind. My mind is stronger than my body. I'm not quitting. Drinking lots of water, but I haven't pooped in days. |
